Sunil Bhu’s pursuit of mastering the finest traditional European cheese and his inexhaustible zeal for perfection, took him on a journey across Europe where he perfected his craft with master cheese-makers. Since then, Sunil has pioneered traditional recipes and has crafted them right here in India since 1991, bringing you the finest European experience with Flanders.

ALL NATURAL

Flanders cheese is made with simple and natural ingredients using processes which have been practised and refined through generations across Europe. We use the the freshest and highest quality milk, natural colours, salts and enzymes, and our main ingredient is patience.

100% VEGETARIAN

In order to ensure that our products are suitable for vegetarians, we do not use any animal derived ingredients. The ingredients used in our products are vegetarian and compliant with strict quality manufacturing standards. All Flanders’ ingredients and products are 100% vegetarian.

HANDCRAFTED

Even though we now use machines to boil and churn the milk, the cheese we make is still crafted by the human hand. Every wheel of gouda is packed by hand just the way we used to do it at our first cheese farm. We feel it makes the cheese better, or maybe, we just love making cheese with our own hands.
